Apple Announces 2024 Design Award Winners
Online Event Celebrates Innovation and Creativity
Developers to Showcase Cutting-Edge Technologies
CUPERTINO, Calif. — May 28, 2024—Apple today announced the winners of its annual Apple Design Awards, recognizing outstanding apps and games that elevate the user experience on Apple platforms. The awards celebrate developers who push the boundaries of design and technology, creating immersive and engaging experiences for users worldwide.
The 2024 Design Award winners were selected by a jury of Apple's in-house designers, engineers, and marketers. The jury evaluated apps and games based on criteria including innovation, user experience, design, and technical achievement.
The winners will be showcased at Apple's upcoming Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2024, which will be held online from June 10 through June 14. At WWDC, developers will have the opportunity to learn from Apple experts, connect with peers, and explore the latest technologies and tools.
The 2024 Apple Design Award winners include:
- Best App: "Procreate Pocket" by Savage Interactive
- Best Game: "Genshin Impact" by miHoYo
- Best Mac App: "Craft" by Luki Labs
- Best iPad App: "Nomad Sculpt" by Nomad Sculpt Team
- Best Apple Watch App: "WaterMinder" by Five Drinks Co.
In addition to the above, Apple also recognized the following apps and games with an Honorable Mention:
- App: "Bear" by Shiny Frog
- Game: "Sayonara Wild Hearts" by Simogo
- Mac App: "Brave" by Brave Software
- iPad App: "Shapr3D" by Shapr3D Team
- Apple Watch App: "Streaks" by Streaks, Inc.
